6 mile fartlek
Tough fartlek session!! 2 mile warm up at 9.14 and then 5x 3 minutes at 7 min/mile and then 2 minutes at 9 min/mile and then cool down!! Should have been 6 sets but had nothing left!!!! Enjoyed though!!
